1. Chest - Measure around the upper part of the your chest. Give an allowance of 2 to 4 inches, if your tummy is bigger, make it 4 inches.
2. Waist - Measure around your waistline, just below your navel. No allowance needed.
3. Thigh - Measure around your thigh just above the knee. No allowance needed.
4. Compare the resulting measurement to the our size chart and select the nearest size from XS to 4XL
5. When in doubt, check the size guide with your body weight
